MG705a
3 in 1 GSM Mobile Gateway

Low-Cost VoIP/GSM Functionality allowing mobile phone users to call the world at local rates

MG705a, Mobile Gateway installs in minutes giving any phone system an instant VoIP and GSM cellular upgrade without the cost of a new system. Remote offices can easily be reached while avoiding long-distance charges using the existing IP or GSM wireless connection. UniNet is an economical solution without sacrificing functionality.

Instant Connectivity
This non-proprietary adjunct gateway connects to an available analog CO port on an existing telephony system to provide Voice-over-IP connectivity and GSM wireless to other VoIP enabled devices.

An analog phone can also be connected directly to the UniNet mobile gateway giving a remote site or home office simple VoIP connectivity right from the main office. This allows telecommuters to avoid the hassle of accumulating business related long distance charges by using both IP and GSM to access the main office's telephone system to place outbound long distance calls instead.

Express Installation
The UniNet Mobile gateway installs easily, connecting directly to available analog CO ports to provide VoIP and GSM cellular capability on any phone system.

Easy Administration and Flexible Connectivity
All administration is easily performed through a web browser. Remote configuration changes are quick and simple.
A build-in Auto attendant provides various connection selections to FXS telephone/PBX or Internet.

Web-based administration

Enhanced QoS

The MG705a model offers enhanced QoS functionality due to port priority and WAN bandwidth management. By limiting the traffic rate of the up-link (WAN) port the MG705a reflects the actual broadband up-link speed. The MG705a also prioritizes voice over data traffic effectively removing one of the most common sources of service degradation in IP Telephone networks.
Toll Quality Voice The MG705a deliver clear, high-quality voice communication in a variety of network conditions. They are interoperable with common telephony equipment like voice mail, and interactive voice response systems.
Large scale deployment The MG705a offers key features and capabilities for service providers to provide customized services to their subscribers. The MG705a can be remotely provisioned and configured. This saves providers the time, cost and hassle of managing, pre-configuring and re-configuring customer premises equipment.
Support for PPPoE or DHCP Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) is a standard for connecting multiple units through the same router or CPE device. By using PPPoE service providers are able to provide access control and billing functionality in a manner similar to dial-up services, in addition to providing type of service on a per user, rather than a per site basis. In many areas of the world PPPoE is a requirement for deploying devices in IP networks. The MG705a also supports DHCP which makes it easier to deploy and maintain IP telephony networks.
